 The Affidavit Action Guarantees Removal of Debt Review Flag within 7 - 30 days (depending on the complexity of the case)
 
Dear Consumer
We thank you and congratulate you for entrusting us with the mandate to facilitate the final clearance of the debt review flag from your credit records. 
At this point, with the affidavit action in place, the clearance process is guaranteed to be finalised within 7 - 30 days. 
 
Guarantee:
  • You only reach this stage when there is a 100% certainty that the facts supplied and evidence in hand are sufficient for the clearance of the debt review flag
  • In terms of the NCA regulations, a disputed listing should be immediately "temporarily removed" while the dispute is being investigated. (This is based on the premise that the consumer cannot remain prejudiced by a potentially unlawful or incorrect listing)
  • In the unlikely event that the NCR refuse to clear the debt review flag (for any reason whatsoever) all fees paid shall be refunded. 
 
The Final Process entails:
  1. Upon confirmation of payment of applicable service fee below
  2. We log the dispute/removal request with NCR
  3. The NCR shall Update the DHS (Debt Help System)
  4. The NCR shall Transmit Debt Review Flag Removal Instructions to the Credit Bureaus. 
  5. The Credit Bureau shall remove the debt review flag within 7 days

  • Once-Off File Activation R300 then Affidavit Fee (R600 x 2 months)  or
